Digital Course Purchases

Because the workshops are digital learning products, access is intended to begin after successful payment and verification. Please review the course description, curriculum and included resources before purchase.

Duplicate or Failed Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same order, or a payment is successfully charged but the course access cannot be provided due to a technical issue, contact Kitchen Guru with your payment/order details so the transaction can be reviewed.

Other Refund Requests

Refund eligibility is assessed case by case based on the nature of the issue and the stage of course access. Approved refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method subject to payment-provider timelines.
